The company is currently the domestic production of satellite communication systems such as the leading level of mobile communication enterprises, but also the largest variety of products manufacturers. The company is China's earliest engaged in the development of Beidou user terminals, product development and application in the field of satellite navigation and positioning has been more than 10 years of history, there are eight categories of more than 20 varieties of various types of Beidou user machine products for the national defense construction and the civil use of Beidou satellites have made important contributions. The National Development and Reform Commission of China has implemented two special projects of satellite navigation in the company for demonstration project of high-tech technology industry, forming an engineering center and industrialization base with advanced and complete facilities for R&D and product manufacturing of satellite navigation terminal. In 1980s, the company developed successful microwave open circuit image transmission system, and became the backbone enterprise of microwave image transmission industry since 1990s. At present, the company has developed successful digital image transmission products, which have been introduced to the market and are the only digital image transmission products with completely independent intellectual property rights in the domestic batch market.
