Tiantongyuan Landfill is one of the places in Beijing's Changping District that disposes of domestic waste. The Tiantongyuan East Area is designated as the main landfill area, while the Tiantongyuan West Area is mainly used for the disposal of medical waste. The landfill is located in Tiantongyuan East District due to the large amount of domestic waste.
