5, the upper limbs: both thumbs are sound, the other fingers of each hand must be three fingers sound, limbs and fingers with normal motor function. However, the end of the fingers are crippled or the right thumb is missing, you can apply for a small car, small automatic transmission car type of motor vehicle driver's license;
6, lower limbs: both lower limbs are sound and motor function is normal, unequal length shall not be greater than 5 centimeters. However, the left lower limb is missing or loss of motor function, you can apply for a small automatic transmission automobile permit type of motor vehicle driver's license. Right lower limbs, double lower limbs or loss of motor function but can sit and stand on their own, you can apply for a small automatic transmission passenger cars for persons with disabilities permit type of motor vehicle driver's license;
7, torso, neck: no motor dysfunction.
