The recruitment of non-commissioned officers takes the form of voluntary enrollment, fresh graduates with certificates issued by the school registration management department, to the school's location of the military service organs to enroll; graduates of the previous year with a certificate of graduation, to the registration of the registration of the county where the registration of the county (city, district) conscription office to enroll, and to receive and fill in the "application form".
