(1) Remove the mold from the cured cylinder liner and cylinder head and cut it to the size specified in the design document.
(2) Butt the cylinder liner and the cylinder head with an assembly ring, adjust the assembly ring to the nominal diameter φ-30 mm, insert the assembly ring into the cylinder liner, unfold the assembly ring to the nominal diameter φ- 15 mm, place the lower head on the exposed part of the assembly ring, slowly unfold the assembly ring, and measure the circumference of the cylinder liner and the three-point (evenly distributed) diameter until it meets the standard requirements.
(3) Laying the outer reinforcing layer of butt joint, polishing the joint area, laying the outer joint layer by layer (with increasing width) from the inside to the outside, with the outer width not less than 250 mm ... After the overall reinforcement is completed, the inner seam is bonded with lining resin and chopped felt, and laid layer by layer (with increasing width) from the outside to the inside.
The upper and lower heads are formed and strengthened. The head is divided into lining layer and structural layer according to the structure.
(1) The molding process and raw materials of the cylinder head liner are the same as those of the cylinder liner, and it is molded by a spray gun with high resin content. The lining of the head has been laid and solidified deeply.
(2) Laying the structural layer of the head, and alternately spraying yarn and glass cloth with a spray gun. In the process of laying each layer of single-layer glass cloth, reasonable tension should be applied, and the glass cloth should be properly overlapped, and the air bubbles should be driven away by repeated rolling of combined pressure rollers to ensure the fiber is completely soaked. Each layer of reinforcing material is required to meet the design resin content requirements.
