Article 57 The people's governments at or above the county level where the Qinling Mountains are located shall, in accordance with the state of economic and social development and the need for ecological and environmental protection of the Qinling Mountains, formulate plans for the relocation of immigrants, and organize and implement them in a planned and step-by-step manner, so as to do a good job in the resettlement of immigrants.
Article 58 The towns in the Qinling Mountains shall gradually establish and improve the domestic sewage treatment, the harmless treatment of domestic garbage, water supply and drainage and other public **** facilities, in the rural areas of the Qinling Mountains to promote and popularize the use of biogas, the relatively concentrated population of villages shall strengthen ecological environmental protection and public **** health management, unified planning and construction of domestic garbage, sewage discharge and other collection and treatment facilities.
Article 59 of the Qinling ecological functional area of the prohibited development zones, restricted development zones and the municipal people's government of the district delineated the construction of the control zone shall not be newly built, expanding places of religious activity, the expansion of other places, alteration of places of religious activity shall be in line with the requirements of the Qinling ecological environmental protection and urban and rural construction planning. Article 63 The administrative department of tourism at the county level where the Qinling Mountains are located shall unify the planning and rationalize the layout of rural tourism. Where rural tourism operations are concentrated, there shall be unified disposal of domestic garbage and sewage.
Article 64 of the Qinling mountain tourist attractions, attractions shall strengthen the public **** health management, the classification of domestic garbage collection, special management, unified treatment, prohibit arbitrary disposal and stacking.
People and tourists entering the Qinling Mountains shall not discard waste at will to pollute the environment.
Article 65 The tourist scenic spots and attractions in the Qinling Mountains shall give priority to clean energy such as electricity, solar energy, wind energy, hydroelectric energy, natural gas and liquefied natural gas; tourist sightseeing buses and other service facilities shall comply with the requirements of environmental protection.
