Having a Physician's Qualification Certificate of Traditional Chinese Medicine category and having been registered to practice in a medical institution for five years, and having the title of treating traditional Chinese medicine practitioner or above. (Remove the requirement of practicing in medical institutions and health care institutions for 5 years in the 2017 version of the basic standard; add the requirement of the title of attending Chinese medicine practitioner and above)

(c) May employ physicians with the Certificate of Qualification of Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Specialty), registered to practice in accordance with the law to practice. (Separately listed)

(d) At least one qualified Chinese medicine technician shall be available if the activity of dispensing Chinese medicine tablets is carried out.
