Part I:

3, strengthen the exchange and communication of members. Although this semester we have made some achievements in the work, but due to the lack of experience in the work of the association, so the work of this semester there are still a lot of problems. Quite a few problems, now the work of the problem is summarized as follows:

1, the internal management of the Association

(1) the institutional mechanism is not sound, resulting in the responsibility of the ministries from the unclear, inefficient work. The association's rules and regulations are not sound and not clear, in the work has not been implemented, the departments of their respective functions are not particularly clear, with the activities and work of the association caused by some of the activities and work no one to do, some people have nothing to do.

The problem of internal management of the association is how to coordinate the enthusiasm of the members and the problem of discipline, we have always wanted to establish a kind of both discipline, order vitality and innovation of the association's cultural atmosphere, but in practice, we are very difficult to grasp, the management of the association will be too strict to lose the vitality of the association within, and put too loose but will cause too poor discipline.

(2) the lack of communication between the members

(3) did not pay attention to environmental protection knowledge and communication, as a concern for environmental protection organizations we should put more energy on the exploration of environmental protection issues and environmental protection activities, but this semester we do not do too well in this fast and did not let more members and college students to participate in environmental protection.

2, in the organization of activities

Part II:

Standing at the end of the year, looking at the past academic year, the work of the bits and pieces in front of the eyes at all times, looking back at the past scene Mu, in the unknowing eyelids. It seems that the memory of the first into the student union is still in the heart show! I have been very fortunate to serve as the Minister of the Department of Societies this position, in this year's time, I also learned a lot, although at first this work so that I do not know how to start, but now do more things, so that I have matured a lot, but also a lot of progress.

As a member of the Department of Associations, I think my main responsibility is to pay close attention to the development of the Association, and do a good job of coordination and communication. To understand the development history and direction of the association, and to do my best to help them and ensure its harmonious and healthy development.

In the past year, I have experienced the changes in the association. Our college now has the Jungle Voice Club, the Law Society and the Xin Xin Volunteer Association. Among them, the Law Association and Xinxin Volunteer Association in the selection of associations live in the four-star and three-star good results. This is a symbol of the strength of a club, a positive affirmation of our activities, of course, we also need to work harder, towards the development of five clubs. The Law Society is a long history of the Association, through the test of time, but also did a lot of publicity and activities on the law, has maintained the excellent record of the Association. More meaningful activities need to be organized, because we have facilities and teachers, we must make full use of these resources. Xinxin Volunteer Association, I think it is a potential association, not only because of the activities and parties that it has organized in the past year. Of course, every small event and large party is so heartwarming. The most important thing is the love, I believe this association will be very good. I am very grateful for the understanding and support of the members of the association. In the past year, you have been quietly and unobtrusively contributing to the association, and you have never raised any difficulties. When you encountered the problem of funding you took the initiative to pull sponsorship, and one by one you solved all the difficulties. I am very touched!

This annual summary I want to share my experience with you, I think this is the most important, but also for the next session of the Department of a community experience it. Our society in the past year there are great changes, first of all, the cancellation of the Sea Rhythm Association, I think it must be my regret and dereliction of duty. The following is my personal most lack of things when the minister of a year, but also the weakness. I think as a minister:

Looking back on the work of the Student Council in the past year, we have made excellent results, these results can not be separated from the hard work of each member of the Department of Societies; at the same time, we have encountered a lot of difficulties, in the face of difficulties, we have not given up, but to work together to solve the problem. Our step by step growth is still clear, on the road, we learned to unite and cooperate, learned to be strong and brave. In the work of the Committee has been a year and a half, I was a freshman from the secretariat of the officer to become the organization of the vice minister, the transformation is still very big. In this semester I have experienced the process of adaptation and awareness, firm and moving, reflection and change.

Adaptation and awareness stage: from an officer who wrote minutes to a vice-minister who organized the files and forms and managed the officers, I really knew very little at first. Thanks to the teacher, our minister has been in the patience to guide me, and let me really appreciate the organization of the work of the Ministry of seriousness and rigor. In this position, it is not like the cadres of the student union who become the organizers and planners of various activities of the college and are active in front of the students. It requires us to sit in front of the computer and organize a lot of unsystematic data into tables; it requires us to patiently endure and write each material one by one; it requires us to face what we used to think are insignificant mistakes and reflect on them, realizing that our work is related to the future of students around us. This semester is the first time since I became a member of the Party that I really realized that the Party is very serious and cannot afford to be sloppy. I also realized that I am no longer obsessed with the responsibility of organizing activities when I first went to college, but I found the value of my own work, and I feel honored to have such a job.

The stage of determination and emotion: after this semester's work, I was sure of my decision to run for the election. In this semester, my meticulousness and patience has been greatly exercised, when stay up to two o'clock to make the table but still by the minister to pick out a lot of faults, I really crazy, I feel sorry for myself, no one sympathy. However, when I calmed down, I realized that I could only blame myself for the rough work and not paying attention to the way of doing things. At the same time, I really love the committee as a family, many ministers care about us, I have a good relationship with another vice minister and officers, and I feel the warmth and strong motivation that an organization brings to me. Reflection and change phase: In the work, I made a lot of mistakes, the first is that I always procrastinate the task, used to be done the day before the deadline, but found that on that day there can be a particularly large number of unexpected errors and need to find the information. When criticized by the minister, I always try to find other objective reasons, but honestly, this is a very bad habit of mine, which I need to realize and correct in general.
