Under the guidance of the Youth League Committee of the Academy, the Federation of Associations and the active efforts of all the members of the Association, the first semester of the academic year of our Environmental Protection Association xx-xx has come to a successful conclusion. Now the first phase of our association's work is summarized as follows.
(a) the main work of the semester
Under the guidance of the Committee of the Institute closely around the purpose of the Association and the spirit of "unity, pragmatism, high efficiency, innovation" as the main spirit of the Association, mainly from the following aspects of the work of the previous phase.
1, active publicity for the association to add new blood. 2, strengthen the internal management of the association, improve the overall image of the association. In this regard, we have established the organization of the environmental protection association on the basis of the constitution of the association, which consists of the president, vice president, secretariat, organization department, environmental education department, environmental investigation department, publicity department and outreach department, as well as the management system of the association, including the "environmental protection association meeting system" and the "environmental protection association rewards and punishments system". The internal management of the association is guaranteed in the system and organization. In addition, we also put forward according to the actual situation of the association and the character characteristics of college students in order to protect the work of the association, under the premise of the association members have discipline, to strengthen the personality development of members of the association is the association as a whole is full of passion, vitality, so that every member of the association to experience the humanistic care, in order to improve the centripetal force and cohesion of the association.
3, strengthen the exchange and communication of members. After the end of the new work, we then held the first members of the General Assembly, so that the 12 new members of the Association's organizational structure and the person in charge of a clearer understanding, and through the General Assembly of the 12 new members of the speech and so on so that the members of the initial impression of each other. After that, we also used the signing-in time and the regular meeting of each department to strengthen the communication between members, and we also invited them to participate in an outing activity as a sister or a senior on weekends and other after-school hours. In order to prepare for the "XXth October Society Culture and Art Festival", we organized the "XXth Environmental Protection Knowledge Challenge". Our association attaches great importance to the 11th grade leaders actively organize a variety of programs and activities of the process, the 12th grade of new members are actively involved in the activities of the success of the event have paid their own efforts.
5. At the same time, in order to popularize the concept of environmental awareness and energy saving and emission reduction to primary school students and kindergarten children, we held a joint activity with Shangluo Weicai International Kindergarten, "Environmental Protection Painting", which was unanimously welcomed and fully supported by the school and the children.
6. Visit to Shangluo garbage disposal site. In order to improve the environmental awareness of the members of the association, to understand the large amount of urban garbage production and the harm, we have organized the 12th grade members to visit the Shangluo City garbage disposal site. In the plant under the leadership of the person in charge of the garbage disposal site we visited the warehouse area, at the same time, the person in charge also introduced us to the city garbage disposal site of the daily amount of garbage and garbage disposal site of other basic conditions, compared with last year, we this year, we fought for a visit to the medical waste treatment plant, so that students have a more in-depth understanding of the seriousness of the current garbage.
7, November 28th National Plastic Reduction Day publicity. In the arrival of the National Plastic Reduction Day I actively prepare the production of posters, and on that day held a survey on the use of plastic bags and college students' awareness of environmental protection
(B) the shortcomings of the work
Although this semester we have made some achievements in the work, but due to the lack of experience in the work of the association, so the work of this semester there are still a lot of problems. Quite a few problems, now the work of the problem is summarized as follows:
1, the internal management of the Association
(1) the institutional mechanism is not sound, resulting in the responsibility of the ministries from the unclear, inefficient work. The association's rules and regulations are not sound and not clear, in the work has not been implemented, the departments of their respective functions are not particularly clear, with the activities and work of the association caused by some of the activities and work no one to do, some people have nothing to do.
The problem of internal management of the association is how to coordinate the enthusiasm of the members and the problem of discipline, we have always wanted to establish a kind of both discipline, order vitality and innovation of the association's cultural atmosphere, but in practice, we are very difficult to grasp, the management of the association will be too strict to lose the vitality of the association within, and put too loose but will cause too poor discipline.
(2) the lack of communication between the members
The Department of 12 members still have many are not familiar, you work and activities did not pay attention to how to communicate with the exchange of communication, but also reflects the Association in the organization of activities and members of the exchange of communication in the existence of deficiencies.
(3) did not pay attention to environmental protection knowledge and communication, as a concern for environmental protection organizations we should put more energy on the exploration of environmental protection issues and environmental protection activities, but this semester we do not do too well in this fast and did not let more members and college students to participate in environmental protection.
2, in the organization of activities
(1) the lack of experience in organizing activities, for activities encountered in the emergency problem is poorly dealt with, the activities of the problem is not enough to estimate.
(2) Insufficient preparation for the event, insufficient preparation for the process of the event, the rules of the competition and other issues of concern, for the event did not have a good rehearsal.
(3) the activities of the organization of the division of labor is not clear, for the staff arrangements, etc. will not be responsible for the work of each person clearly, resulting in some people are very busy and some people have nothing to do, and more serious is that some of the key aspects of the problem.
(C) the future work of the inspiration
1, improve the organization's internal management capacity
In view of the work of this semester's problems in the future work should be more attention to the coordination of the Association of the internal discipline of the vitality of the relationship between creativity and innovation as well as the work of the various departments. Clearly define the responsibilities of each department, simplify the rules and regulations of the association and implement them. In the work and activities pay attention to discipline, pay attention to creativity in decision-making, in the usual focus on strengthening the links between the members, to provide a vibrant community culture for the members of the association, at the same time, the association's management system and management mode to be appropriate modifications, so that it is more in line with the actual situation of the association, and in the future work will be implemented, forming a kind of organization and management mechanism.
2, innovative forms of activities and organization
The form of organization of activities is not only limited to focus on the form, should be combined with the association's own characteristics, held with the environmental protection of a variety of substantive activities, to improve the quality of the activities and the connotation of the activities, to hold a number of high-quality activities. Therefore, we need to treat each activity seriously, prepare in advance, carefully planned, tightly organized, to ensure that the activities have meaning and highlights.
3, each department should organize more activities related to environmental protection on their own, and the organization will participate in the activities assigned to each member, to strengthen the exchange and communication between members in the activities and work.
4, the establishment of environmental protection forums and other activities clearly and guide the Department of Environmental Investigation and environmental protection related to the exchange of experience and environmental investigation activities, environmental protection activities.
Part II:
Standing at the end of the year, looking at the past academic year, the work of the bits and pieces in front of the eyes at all times, looking back at the past scene Mu, in the unknowing eyelids. It seems that the memory of the first into the student union is still in the heart show! I have been very fortunate to serve as the Minister of the Department of Societies this position, in this year's time, I also learned a lot, although at first this work so that I do not know how to start, but now do more things, so that I have matured a lot, but also a lot of progress.
As a member of the Department of Associations, I think my main responsibility is to pay close attention to the development of the Association, and do a good job of coordination and communication. To understand the development history and direction of the association, and to do my best to help them and ensure its harmonious and healthy development.
In the past year, I have experienced the changes in the association. Our college now has the Jungle Voice Club, the Law Society and the Xin Xin Volunteer Association. Among them, the Law Association and Xinxin Volunteer Association in the selection of associations live in the four-star and three-star good results. This is a symbol of the strength of a club, a positive affirmation of our activities, of course, we also need to work harder, towards the development of five clubs. Last year's year, I first said the activities, because in the annual program book inside the provisions of each association must have three activities, basically all meet the requirements.
The Jungle Club a focus on extracurricular activities, recreational associations, the first large-scale activities, the whole school landlord mobilized the enthusiasm of the whole school students, colleagues also increased communication between students and learning, not just a separate recreation, with the help of recreation we expand the circle of communication, this kind of activities we need to do more. The Law Society is a long history of the Association, through the test of time, but also did a lot of publicity and activities on the law, has maintained the excellent record of the Association. More meaningful activities need to be organized, because we have facilities and teachers, we must make full use of these resources. Xinxin Volunteer Association, I think it is a potential association, not only because of the activities and parties that it has organized in the past year. Of course, every small event and large party is so heartwarming. The most important thing is the love, I believe this association will be very good. I am very grateful for the understanding and support of the members of the association. In the past year, you have been quietly and unobtrusively contributing to the association, and you have never raised any difficulties. When you encountered the problem of funding you took the initiative to pull sponsorship, and one by one you solved all the difficulties. I am very touched!
This annual summary I want to share my experience with you, I think this is the most important, but also for the next session of the Department of a community experience it. Our society in the past year there are great changes, first of all, the cancellation of the Sea Rhythm Association, I think it must be my regret and dereliction of duty. The following is my personal most lack of things when the minister of a year, but also the weakness. I think as a minister:
1. Must pay close attention to the development of the Association, regular communication with the president of the record members, in the form of a meeting or tea party to cohesion, establish prestige.
2. Communication. Fully understand the Association's next plan, week by week, well prepared. Understand their difficulties and communicate with teachers in time.
3. Must have the spirit of not being afraid of suffering. Because our work is a relatively tedious work, bearing in mind that suffering is a blessing, wholeheartedly for the service of students.
4. Make full use of resources. The student council is a big family, we are proud of the collective. If the department's activities can not be completed, timely request for help from other departments.
5. A proposal, the Association into the student body establishment. The president and vice president of the unified leadership, treatment.
Looking back on the work of the Student Council in the past year, we have made excellent results, these results can not be separated from the hard work of each member of the Department of Societies; at the same time, we have encountered a lot of difficulties, in the face of difficulties, we have not given up, but to work together to solve the problem. Our step by step growth is still clear, on the road, we learned to unite and cooperate, learned to be strong and brave. In which the sweet and sour bitterness are turned into the joy of success on our eyebrows, because we firmly believe that: "As long as we are united, the Ministry of Social Affairs is bound by their own youthful sweat to recreate brilliant".
In the work of the Committee has been a year and a half, I was a freshman from the secretariat of the officer to become the organization of the vice minister, the transformation is still very big. In this semester I have experienced the process of adaptation and awareness, firm and moving, reflection and change.
Adaptation and awareness stage: from an officer who wrote minutes to a vice-minister who organized the files and forms and managed the officers, I really knew very little at first. Thanks to the teacher, our minister has been in the patience to guide me, and let me really appreciate the organization of the work of the Ministry of seriousness and rigor. In this position, it is not like the cadres of the student union who become the organizers and planners of various activities of the college and are active in front of the students. It requires us to sit in front of the computer and organize a lot of unsystematic data into tables; it requires us to patiently endure and write each material one by one; it requires us to face what we used to think are insignificant mistakes and reflect on them, realizing that our work is related to the future of students around us. This semester is the first time since I became a member of the Party that I really realized that the Party is very serious and cannot afford to be sloppy. I also realized that I am no longer obsessed with the responsibility of organizing activities when I first went to college, but I found the value of my own work, and I feel honored to have such a job.
The stage of determination and emotion: after this semester's work, I was sure of my decision to run for the election. In this semester, my meticulousness and patience has been greatly exercised, when stay up to two o'clock to make the table but still by the minister to pick out a lot of faults, I really crazy, I feel sorry for myself, no one sympathy. However, when I calmed down, I realized that I could only blame myself for the rough work and not paying attention to the way of doing things. This process made me realize that my initial desire to improve myself was realized, and I was able to make progress in the midst of all kinds of tangles, making myself stronger inside. At the same time, I really love the committee as a family, many ministers care about us, I have a good relationship with another vice minister and officers, and I feel the warmth and strong motivation that an organization brings to me. Because of these "side by side" with my comrades, but also let me sure of the original decision.
Reflection and change phase: In the work, I made a lot of mistakes, the first is that I always procrastinate the task, used to be done the day before the deadline, but found that on that day there can be a particularly large number of unexpected errors and need to find the information. When criticized by the minister, I always try to find other objective reasons, but honestly, this is a very bad habit of mine, which I need to realize and correct in general.
