Chengdu water treatment?

Work (sometimes called produced water, the same below), backwash, salt absorption (regeneration), slow rinse (replacement), fast rinse five processes. All the processes of different water softening equipment are very close to each other, except that there may be some additional processes due to the actual process or the need for control. Any sodium ion exchange-based water softening equipment is based on the development of these five processes (which, automatic water softening equipment will increase the brine re-injection process).

Backwashing: After working for some time, the equipment will intercept a lot of dirt in the upper part of the resin brought about by the raw water, and after removing these dirt, the ion exchange resin can be fully exposed, and regeneration effect can be guaranteed. The backwashing process is that water is washed in from the bottom of the resin and out from the top, so that the dirt intercepted at the top can be washed away. This process generally takes about 5-15 minutes.

Salt suction (regeneration): the process of injecting brine into the resin tank, the traditional equipment uses a salt pump to inject the brine into the fully automated equipment is the use of special built-in injector will be the brine inhalation (as long as the incoming water has a certain pressure can be). In the actual working process, the regeneration effect of brine flowing through the resin at a slower speed than simply soaking the resin with brine, so the water softening equipment are used to regenerate brine flowing through the resin at a slow speed, the process generally takes about 30 minutes, the actual time affected by the amount of salt used.

Slow rinsing (replacement): After flowing through the resin with brine, the process of slowly rinsing out all the salt in the resin with raw water at the same flow rate is called slow rinsing, and there are still a large number of calcium and magnesium ions exchanged for sodium ions in the rinsing process. This process is the main process of regeneration according to practical experience, so many people call this process replacement. This process generally takes the same amount of time as the absorption of salt, i.e. about 30 minutes.

Fast rinsing: In order to thoroughly rinse out the residual salt, use a flow rate close to that of the actual work, and rinse the resin with raw water, and the final effluent from this process should be soft water up to standard. In general, the fast rinse process for 5-15 minutes.
