In accordance with the prevention and control work arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, in accordance with the "Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and the Guangdong Province Emergency Response Law The relevant provisions of the first-level response mechanism for public health incidents are hereby notified as follows regarding the resumption of work of enterprises and the opening of schools in our province:
1. The resumption of work of all types of enterprises in this administrative region shall not be earlier than February. At 24:00 on the 9th, it involves what is necessary to ensure urban and rural operations (water supply, power supply, oil and gas, communications, public transportation, environmental protection, municipal sanitation and other industries), and what is necessary for epidemic prevention and control (production, transportation and sales of medical equipment, medicines, protective equipment, etc. Industries), people's daily necessities (supermarkets, food production, logistics and distribution and other industries) and other related enterprises involving important national economy and people's livelihood, supply to Hong Kong and Macao, and those that urgently need to resume work under special circumstances are excluded. 2. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in this administrative region will not start before February 17, and colleges, secondary vocational schools, and technical schools will not start before February 24. Municipal education departments, human resources and social security departments and colleges, secondary vocational schools, and technical schools at and above the local level will determine the specific opening time after scientific judgment based on the epidemic situation and prevention and control conditions.
3. For those who really need to return to Guangdong before 24:00 on February 9 due to work, all localities, relevant departments and employers should strengthen quarantine inspections and health protection, and their units should report relevant information in a timely manner;

4.
