Safe distance includes electric gap (space distance), creepage distance (along surface distance) and insulation penetration distance.
1. Electrical gap: the shortest distance measured along the air between two adjacent conductors or one conductor and the surface of adjacent motor housing.
2. Creep distance: the shortest distance between two adjacent conductors or one conductor and the surface of the adjacent motor casing measured along the insulation surface.
Determination of electrical clearance:
According to the measured working voltage and insulation level, the distance can be determined.

However, in general, the AC part of the primary side: L-N ≥2.5mm in front of the fuse and L.N PE (ground) ≥2.5mm, which is not required after the fuse is installed, but a certain distance should be kept as far as possible to avoid short circuit damage to the power supply.
