FCG is a new non-invasive ECG detection technology pioneered in China. It adopts the concept of biological cybernetics and compares the heartbeat to an engineering automatic control system according to the mature biological engineering automatic control principle, and analyzes the changes of ECG signal amplitude (power) in time domain and frequency domain. Abnormal spectrum electrocardiogram means that there is myocardial ischemia in the heart, suggesting the possibility of coronary heart disease. In daily life, you can eat soft food to restore health, or you can eat light food. Overeating is not recommended.
In the mid-1990s, it was first integrated by ECG workstation products of Beijing MGI Company (now DMS DIM), and then introduced into China medical market and international medical market. After more than 20 years of clinical application, FCG has been proved to be highly sensitive to occult myocardial ischemia and myocardial injury, which provides a simple and noninvasive monitoring method for early diagnosis of myocardial lesions and coronary heart disease. ?
Working principle of spectrum electrocardiogram;
Spectrum electrocardiogram (Spectrum ECG) is a power distribution diagram that transforms ECG signals of human body's lead V5 and lead Ⅱ into frequency components by computer with fast Fourier transform. This relative relationship is extended to the mutual comparison of two-lead ECG signals, and through computer calculation, 9 function diagrams and 32 analysis parameters are drawn to form a spectrum ECG.
Three-dimensional power, frequency domain and time domain analysis of ECG signals of lead V5 and standard lead ⅱ are carried out, including: ECG power spectrum, transfer function phase shift, impulse response, coherence function and correlation function. The ECG power spectrum consists of a group of equally spaced peaks (called spectral lines), P 1 is called fundamental wave, and P2, P3 and P4 are called harmonics.
The advantage of spectrum electrocardiogram is that it can directly reflect the symptoms of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease. For obvious coronary heart disease diagnosed by ECG, spectrum ECG can clearly locate the lesion site, which can improve the diagnostic rate of traditional ECG by more than 20%, especially for the location and diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, and the specificity and sensitivity are greatly improved.
