Participants who meet one of the following conditions can apply for off-site medical treatment:
1. Retirees who have left the place of insurance to live off-site for a long period of time across the integrated region and have obtained the household registration of the place of residence according to the household registration management regulations;
2. Participants who have been working and residing in an off-site location outside of the place of insurance for a long period of time, for more than 3 months (including 3 months).
3. Participants who are on business trip, study, family visit, vacation, etc. for a period of not more than 3 months and need to be treated for a sudden illness;
4. Participants who are subject to the limitations of medical technology in the coordinated area and need to be hospitalized outside of the coordinated area for treatment.
Applying for the record of out-of-town medical treatment
Participants who meet the conditions for out-of-town medical treatment should apply to the Municipal Bureau of Social Security for the record of out-of-town medical treatment and choose less than three (including three) out-of-town designated medical institutions. In the transfer hospitalization window to provide the following materials:
1. resettlement, fill out the "basic medical insurance record registration form for medical treatment in a different place", provide proof of residence;
2. work or live in a different place, fill out the "basic medical insurance record registration form for medical treatment in a different place", provide proof of work issued by the participating units or proof of residence issued by the community committee of the community where you live;
Conditions for applying for referral
Participants whose illnesses meet one of the following conditions can apply for referral:
1. Critically ill patients who can only be saved by transferring to a hospital;
2. Difficult illnesses for which the diagnosis is not clear even after several examinations and consultations;
3. Specialized illnesses that are not treatable by the designated medical institutions in the city.
4. The condition requires certain examinations and treatments, which are not available in the designated medical institutions in the city or are not carried out in the city.
The following cases will not be transferred to other places for medical treatment
1) patients whose diagnosis is clear and can be treated in the local fixed-point medical institutions, or patients whose treatment effect is still unclear after the known transfer.
② has been diagnosed and treated by the designated medical institutions outside the region, the need to continue to regularly diagnosed and treated by the designated medical institutions at this level can be diagnosed and treated patients.
③ Critically ill patients are generally not referred to hospitals, should be in the nearest designated medical institutions for rescue, treatment; stabilization of the condition still need to be transferred to hospitals, according to the relevant provisions.
④Without the consent of the designated medical institutions or specialized hospitals in the co-ordination area will not be transferred outside the co-ordination area for medical treatment).
