A peritoneal dialysis machine is a medical device used to instill dialysis fluid into the patient's abdominal cavity, use the peritoneum to complete dialysis, and then later draw the fluid out of the abdominal cavity.
Peritoneal dialysis machine to complete the dialysis treatment process is divided into two main ways: power mode and gravity mode.
1. Power method:
The way of utilizing the power method to convey the peritoneal dialysis fluid to the peritoneal dialysis machine, and then conveying it to the patient's abdominal cavity through the heating of the peritoneal dialysis machine, and then draining it to the waste liquid device after the exchange of the peritoneal dialysis. (The dialysis fluid bag can be placed flat, and the height is not required)
2. Gravity method:
Using the gravity method, the liquid flows from high to low, realizing the way that the peritoneal dialysis fluid flows to the peritoneal dialysis machine from the high point, and then heated and filled into the patient's abdominal cavity through the peritoneal dialysis machine, and then drained into the waste liquid collection device after the retention of abdominal dialysis.
Generally, in order not to affect the patient's normal life, the peritoneal dialysis tube can be connected to the automatic peritoneal dialysis machine before the patient goes to bed, and then set up the program, and this kind of machine will automatically do the dialysis treatment for the patient while he/she sleeps, and the treatment time can last for 8~10 hours. After the treatment is completed in the morning, the patient simply separates the peritoneal dialysis tube from the machine and can carry on with their normal activities, eliminating the need for dialysis treatments for the entire day.
The peritoneal dialysis machine can automatically and continuously perform various modes of peritoneal dialysis, and at the same time, it can self-monitor and record the amount of perfusion, residence time, drainage time, outflow and temperature of dialysate each time, which is characterized by easy and safe operation, and what's more, it reduces a large number of manual operations in the process of exchanging dialysate, and reduces the chance of infection, which leads to the obvious decrease of peritonitis incidence. Through the peritoneal dialysis machine, instead of manual operation, the machine, according to the pre-setting, carries out automatic fluid exchange, reduces the burden of fluid exchange operation of the patients and nursing staff, usually at night, and during the daytime can go to work and school as normal people do, so as to improve the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients.
1. Self-inspection and treatment process failure
Temperature control system temperature value over the limit; balancing system load cell failure or load over the limit; power component solenoid valve failure and so on occurs, suspend the use of, contact the manufacturer's professionals to check and repair.
2. Fluid line operation failure
Not put the heating bag on the pallet, or put the heating bag on the pallet in advance, the trouble shooting way is to put the heating bag on the pallet, click "OK", continue.
3. Drainage tube is not smooth, there is a beeping alarm
Check whether the drainage tube is twisted and bent, check the corresponding tube clamps are open; change the position and click to continue to drain; such as repeated attempts, still drainage is not smooth to notify the medical staff to solve the problem.
4. Perfusion is not smooth, there is a beeping alarm
Check whether the perfusion line is twisted and bent, check the corresponding clamps are open; change the position and click to continue to drain; such as exclude the pipeline problem, try again and again, and still perfusion is not smooth notify the health care personnel to solve the problem.
Check whether the irrigation line is twisted and bent.
