(1) Vertical injection molding machine The shape structure of the vertical injection molding machine is shown in Figure 1. It is characterized by the following: the height of the equipment is larger than the length of the equipment, the injection part and the molding part of the device axis up and down into a straight line vertically arranged. The advantages of this injection molding machine are: small footprint, molding mold installation and removal is convenient. Shortcomings are: work more laborious feeding, equipment work stability is relatively poor. This injection molding machine is mostly used for small plastic products, is a small injection molding machine, the general injection volume is less than 100cm3. Its profile structure is characterized by the fact that the length dimension of the machine body is larger than the width and height dimensions, and the axes of the injection part and mold closing part devices are arranged horizontally in a straight line. The advantages of this kind of injection molding machine are: the main working part of the injection molding machine (injection and mold closing device and plasticizing device) is in a lower position, the smoothness of the work is good, the production operation and maintenance are more convenient, and it is easy to realize the automation work. At present, the horizontal injection molding machine has the largest number of applications among plastic injection molding machines. In this type of injection molding machine, the axes of the injection part and the mold closing part are in a plane perpendicular to the machine body, and the axes of the two parts are perpendicular to each other. Angle type injection molding machine is also more common. The advantages and disadvantages of its structural form lie between vertical and horizontal injection molding machines. If the center part of the molded product does not allow the trace of the gate, it is more suitable to use this type of injection molding machine. Its structure is shown in Figure 4. This kind of injection molding machine work can be sequential work: injection molding mold a station, cooling this molding mold transferred to another station, open the mold products ejected when this mold and then transferred to the third station. This continuous work, molding mold cooling, shaping and demolding, not subject to the limitations of auxiliary hours, shorten the production cycle of injection molded products, improve production efficiency.
