Use of polysulfone

4. Polysulfone has passed the relevant specifications in American medicine and food field, and can replace stainless steel products. PSF is mainly used in the fields of electronics and electricity, food and daily necessities, automobiles, aviation, medical care and general industry. Manufacture all kinds of contactors, connectors, transformer insulators, silicon controlled caps, insulating sleeves, coil holders, terminals, printed circuit boards, sleeves, covers, TV system parts, capacitor films, brush holders, alkaline storage battery boxes and wire and cable coatings. PSF can also be used as protective cover assembly, electric gear, battery cover, spare parts inside and outside aircraft, outer protective cover of spacecraft, camera baffle, lamp assembly and sensor. Instead of glass and stainless steel, it is used to make steam dinner plates, coffee containers, microwave ovens, milk containers, milking machine parts, beverage and food distributors. Sanitary and medical instruments include surgical trays, sprayers, humidifiers, dental instruments, flow controllers, slotting equipment and laboratory instruments. It can also be used as a dental filling material with high bonding strength, and can also be used as chemical equipment (pump cover, tower outer protective layer, acid-resistant nozzle, pipeline, valve container), food processing equipment, dairy processing equipment, and environmental protection infection control equipment.

Polyarylsulfone (PASF) and polyethersulfone (PES) have better heat resistance and still maintain excellent mechanical properties at high temperature.
