1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for intellectual property management in colleges and universities.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 19000-2008 apply in this document.

3.1 Higher education institution

It is approved to be held in accordance with the establishment standards and approval procedures stipulated by the state, and passes the unified admission examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide to recruit ordinary high school graduates and vocational high school graduates. 4.1 Document types

Intellectual property documents include:

5.1 Principal
