Schools of all kinds should organize and carry out education on the popularization of knowledge of domestic garbage classification, guide students to participate in voluntary activities, raise students' awareness of domestic garbage classification and environmental protection, and cultivate good civilized habits among young people.
Trade unions, **** Youth League, Women's Federation and other organizations, as well as social groups, social service agencies and other social organizations should play their respective advantages, publicize the knowledge of classification of household garbage, to carry out social practice activities, and promote the participation of the whole society in the classification of household garbage, the source of reduction work. Article 9 units and individuals shall practice simple and moderate, green and low-carbon way of life and work, enhance the awareness of ecological environmental protection, and develop the habit of classifying and reducing the amount of domestic garbage at source, and bear the responsibility of the producers of domestic garbage.
State organs, institutions, state-owned enterprises, social organizations and so on should play a leading role in the classification of household garbage.
Environmental sanitation, property management, e-commerce, renewable resources recycling, tourism, catering, hotels, express logistics and other industry associations should make clear in the industry norms of the classification of household garbage and the reduction of the source of the requirements to carry out publicity and training, guidance, supervision and fulfillment of the obligations of the member units accordingly.
