What does environmental reliability testing include?

Environmental reliability generally includes two categories: climatic environment reliability and mechanical environment reliability.

The influence of climatic environment reliability includes temperature, humidity, light, rain, salt spray, air pressure and other aspects of the impact. Climatic environment reliability test items are: high temperature test, low temperature test, rapid temperature change test, thermal shock test, constant humidity and heat test, alternating humidity and heat test, temperature and humidity combination cycle test, light aging test, waterproof test, dust test, salt spray test, low air pressure test.

Mechanical environment reliability test program mainly include: vibration test, mechanical shock test, crash test, drop test.

Additionally including comprehensive environmental reliability testing: comprehensive environmental testing, such as temperature + humidity + vibration of the three factors combined test.
