After leaving the club, Jérémie Aliadierre practiced with West Ham United, but he suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in a reserve-team match against Crystal Palace, and his deal to join West Ham United fell through. Aliadierre turned to the English Professional Footballers' Association (EPFA) for help, which replied that West Ham United would only be responsible for the cost of the medical treatment, and Aliadierre, who was not taken in by any of the clubs, was offered equipment to rehabilitate himself at his old club, Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough, his old club, agreed to provide him with equipment for his rehabilitation.
After his recovery, he was offered an olive branch by Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates, where he currently plays.
