Nursing homes practicing day care need to set up an infirmary?

Currently, the state has no clear regulations on whether or not to set up infirmaries in nursing homes. However, it stipulates the basic standards for infirmaries in nursing homes (for trial implementation).

Article 13 Nursing institutions shall establish an admission assessment system, do a good job of assessing the health status of the elderly, and in accordance with the service agreement and the elderly's ability to take care of their own, the implementation of the graded classification of services.

Nursing institutions shall establish health records for the elderly, organize regular medical examinations, and do a good job of disease prevention.

Nursing institutions can set up medical institutions or take the way of cooperation with neighboring medical institutions to provide medical services for the elderly. Nursing institutions to set up medical institutions, shall obtain a license to practice in accordance with the law, in accordance with the laws and regulations related to the management of medical institutions.
