How to moxibustion Yin points?

The common method of moxibustion at Yin Hui point is hanging moxibustion with moxa sticks. There are two postures of moxibustion at Yin Hui point. One posture is sitting on the ground against the wall, legs apart, left leg bent, and the left leg near the left hand side is all on the ground and touches the ground. The right leg is bent and upright, the sole of the foot touches the ground, slightly moves to the right, and the crotch is opened. Cover it with your left hand, pull it to the left (so there will be a big gap on the right side of your crotch), and then hold the lighted moxa stick in your right hand. According to the heat sensation, aim moxibustion at Yin Hui point, and you can put a mirror for observation. At the same time, you should consciously transfer the heat sensation generated by moxibustion at Yin Hui point to the middle or du meridian. When sitting against the wall at Yin Hui point, in order to prevent moxibustion smoke from floating there, we should close the windows and doors as much as possible to make moxibustion smoke float vertically upwards, and adjust the posture at the same time, such as slightly tilting the body to make the fork bigger, so as to easily control moxibustion smoke from floating out of the leg root. The second pose is to bend your knees and lie on your back, lift your hips, light the moxa stick in advance, aim the moxa stick at Yin Hui point according to the thermal sensation of the burning head, and adjust the distance of participating points according to the thermal sensation. Just like the same pose, it is necessary to transfer the heat sensation of moxibustion to the midvein or the governor vein. Remember warm moxibustion, don't let Yin Hui burn and blister! Don't get up immediately after moxibustion, keep posture, and let the skin temperature of Yin Hui point drop to normal before getting up to prevent blisters.
