(a) general account transfer out:
1, the applicant for the transfer of personnel with their own identity cards, the unit letter of introduction (the unit of the staff) to the transfer of the local pension insurance agency to print the "Basic Pension Insurance Participation Payment Voucher" and the "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation of the Information Sheet;
2, the applicant for the transfer of personnel with the "Basic Pension Insurance Participation Payment Voucher" and "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation of the Information Sheet" to the transfer of the place of pension insurance. Pension Insurance Participation and Payment Voucher" and "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form" to the pension insurance agency in the place of transfer to submit the application for transfer.
3. If the pension insurance agency in the place of transfer meets the conditions for transfer, it will send the "Contact Letter of Inter-provincial Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance" to the pension insurance agency in the place of transfer.
4. After reviewing and approving the "Letter of Contact for Inter-provincial Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance", the pension insurance agency in the transferring place completes the transfer of individuals in the information system and prints the "Transfer of Fund for Inter-provincial Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships", and allocates the transferred funds.
(2) Temporary Contribution Account Transfer:
1. The applicant for the transfer will go to the pension insurance agency in the place where the transfer is to take place with his ID card to fill in the "Application Form for Temporary Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Contribution Account" and print the "Contact Letter for Temporary Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Contribution Account" and the "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form".
2. The applicant for transfer shall hold the "Contact Letter for Transfer of Temporary Contribution Account of Basic Pension Insurance" and the "Information Sheet for Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships" and go to the pension insurance organization in the place where he/she is to be transferred to make an application for transferring to the other place.
3. If the pension insurance organization in the place of transfer meets the conditions for transfer, it will send the receipt of the "Contact Letter for Transfer of Temporary Contribution Account of Basic Pension Insurance" to the pension insurance organization in the place of transfer.
4. After reviewing and approving the receipt of the "Contact Letter for Transfer of Temporary Contribution Account for Basic Pension Insurance", the pension insurance agency in the place of transfer will complete the transfer of individuals in the information system and print the "Transfer Form for Transfer of Funds for Inter-provincial Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships", and disburse the funds for the transfer.
