Working System of the Hospital Medical Equipment Department
1. Under the leadership of the dean and the dean in charge, the hospital’s medical equipment management functions will be fully performed.
2. The "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices", and "Medical "Measures for the Management of Medical Equipment in Health Institutions", "Safety Management Practices for Clinical Use of Medical Devices (Trial)", "Measures for the Management of Adverse Event Detection and Evaluation of Medical Devices" and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as related technical standards and specifications.
3. Develop scientific and feasible management systems in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Guide various departments to standardize the use of medical equipment.
4. Strictly perform the maintenance and management functions of medical equipment to ensure the normal operation of all types of medical equipment.
5. Actively participate in relevant training and continuing education to improve the ability to perform duties.
