The acceptance includes the following:
(1) Whether the formwork installation complies with the requirements of the formwork design and technical measures of the project.
(2) Whether the support points and support system of the formwork are reliable and stable, and whether the fastening bolts and support fasteners in the connectors meet the requirements.
(3) Embedded parts: Whether the specifications, quantity, position and fixation of the reserved parts are correct and reliable should be inspected and accepted item by item.
(4) The construction acceptance of formwork projects must be assessed item by item in accordance with the provisions of the "Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards for Construction and Installation Projects".
(5) Whether the construction load on the bracket template design meets the requirements.
(6) Whether to transport concrete or operate on the formwork to set up walkway boards that meet the requirements.
(7) Whether there are protective measures for the working openings and edges.
(8) Whether there are isolation and protection measures for vertical operations.
The installation of the formwork should meet the following requirements:
(1) The joints of the formwork should not leak grout; before pouring concrete, the wooden formwork should be watered and moistened, but there should be no grout inside the formwork. There is water accumulation;
(2) The contact surface between the formwork and the concrete should be cleaned and an isolation agent should be applied, but an isolation agent that affects the structural performance or hinders the construction of the decoration project must not be used;
(3) Before pouring concrete, the debris in the formwork should be cleaned up;
(4) For fair-faced concrete projects and decorative concrete projects, formwork that can achieve the design effect should be used.
Extended information:
The formwork and its supports should be designed according to the engineering structure form, load size, foundation soil type, construction equipment and material supply and other conditions. The formwork and its supports should have sufficient load-bearing capacity, stiffness and stability, and can reliably withstand the weight of poured concrete, lateral pressure and construction loads.
Before pouring concrete, the formwork project should be inspected and accepted. When formwork is installed and concrete is poured, the formwork and its supports should be observed and maintained. When abnormal situations occur, they should be handled in a timely manner according to the construction technical plan. The order and safety measures for dismantling the formwork and its supports should be implemented according to the construction technical plan.
