Medical oxygen tank refers to:
(a) medical air-pressurized cabin and oxygen-pressurized cabin;
(b) multi-functional manned pressure chamber for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Medical oxygen tanks in this provision does not include aircraft, ships, manned pressure vessels operating on the sea.
Medical oxygen chamber includes: chamber, supporting pressure vessel, supply and exhaust system, supply and exhaust system, electrical system, air conditioning system, fire protection system, and belongs to the instrumentation, meters and consoles.
Application for the design of medical oxygen chamber unit, the design application report and design documents (including: chamber design drawings, calculations, system design drawings) to the State Quality and Technical Supervision Boiler Bureau.
State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Boiler Board commissioned by the recognized institutions, medical oxygen chamber design documents for review. Review and approval of the design documents, by the approval of the department in the medical oxygen chamber design master plan and the system design drawings stamped with the approval mark.
One-year periodic inspection includes the following:
(a) safety valves and pressure gauges calibration;
(b) the reliability of the oxygen meter;
(c) oxygen concentration exceeds the standard alarm device sensitivity, reliability;
(d) pipeline normally open (or normally closed) valve action;
(e) emergency discharge valve Action;
(F) automatic operating system of the hand-operated mechanism action;
(VII) emergency power supply and emergency lighting system intact;
(VIII) air filter media;
(IX) test chamber and grounding device connection and grounding device grounding resistance;
(J) electrical equipment wiring;
(xi) oxygen supply, gas supply system intact;
(xii) flight door and delivery cylinder sealing ring whether aging (failure);
(xiii) observation window and lighting window plexiglass condition (found that there is aging silver, or medical oxygen chamber pressure up to 5000 times, or use time reached 10 years, should be replaced in a timely manner);
(n) (xiv) other equipment requiring maintenance according to the use of the cabin;
(xiv) the maintenance of the cabin and grounding device connection and grounding device resistance. ) other equipment to be maintained in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual for inspection.

Article 50 of the units engaged in the regular inspection of medical oxygen tanks shall be approved by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (hereinafter referred to as the accreditation of the inspection unit); engaged in the inspection of medical oxygen tank personnel , shall be authorized by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of the organization's training and assessment, and obtain the appropriate project inspection qualification certificate.
Article 55 of the medical oxygen chamber inspection unit shall be responsible for the quality of its inspection and inspection findings. After the completion of the inspection work, should be issued "medical oxygen chamber inspection report" (Annex IV), and reported to the medical oxygen chamber unit where the local (municipal) level quality and technical supervision and health administrative departments.
Prefecture (city) level quality and technical supervision of the administrative departments, each year should be the region's medical oxygen cabin three-year periodic inspection into the "medical oxygen cabin three-year periodic inspection results matrix" (Annex V), reported to the provincial quality and technical supervision and health administrative departments; provincial quality and technical supervision of the administrative departments to summarize the situation in the province, reported to the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
