(4) the metal and wooden parts are not rusted, corroded, or damaged;
(5) the air defense basement and its appurtenant facilities shall be inspected regularly. corrosion, damage;
(5) the entrance and exit roads are smooth, fire-fighting facilities, orifice camouflage equipment is intact; Article 20 is strictly prohibited the following infringement of the air defense basement:
(1) production and storage of flammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive and radioactive hazardous substances in the air defense basement;
(2) discharging wastewater, waste gas, or dumping of waste materials into the air defense basement )
(iii) blocking the connecting channels, entrances and exits, or vents of the air defense basement;
(iv) altering the main structure of the air defense basement;
(v) carrying out blasting, quarrying, and other behaviors that jeopardize the safety of the air defense basement within the safety range of the air defense basement.
(vi) other acts that endanger the safety of air defense basement and reduce the effectiveness of air defense.
