The working principle of the pipe press is to install the oil pump in the oil tank and immerse it in the hydraulic oil to achieve the design purpose of scientific heat dissipation and silence. Driven by the motor, the hydraulic oil output by the oil pump pushes the plunger in the cylinder to move, resulting in the radial contraction of the die holder. When the shrinkage reaches the predetermined value of the micrometer, the extrusion automatically stops, the electromagnetic reversing valve reverses direction, the plunger in the oil cylinder moves in the opposite direction, the mold is opened, and the rubber hose is buckled. Installation, debugging and handling of the pipe press: the pipe press is suitable for forklift handling, and the bottom of the pipe press is stressed. It is forbidden to invert the pipe press. It is forbidden to lift the pipe pressure head, motor and electric box.

Installation: The pipe press should be placed horizontally on a solid foundation and grounded.

Filling: Open the tank cover and add 68# antiwear hydraulic oil to 2/3 of the oil level gauge.

Power supply connection: connect the power cord to the power supply designated by the pipe press, start the motor to observe the steering, which should be consistent with the direction marked by the motor. If the rotation direction of the motor is different from the marked direction, please change the position of the two power cables.

Micrometer: used to adjust the shrinkage of buckled hose. Press 1 mm more counterclockwise and 1 mm less clockwise.

Pressure adjustment: the maximum pressure of the pipe pressing system is 3 1.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. Adjust the pressure clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease (it has been adjusted at the factory and can be adjusted by itself if necessary).

Adjustment of mold opening speed: the mold opening speed is controlled by the diverter valve, which is adjusted clockwise, while the mold opening speed is accelerated and adjusted counterclockwise. However, if the mold opening speed is too fast, the noise will increase, and the optimal value will not exceed 10Mpa (it has been adjusted at the factory, and it can be adjusted by itself if necessary). Be sure to master the reasonable degree of withholding, subject to the shrinkage of the inner hole of the joint core. Because the manufacturers of hoses and joint sheaths are different, such as GB standard adopted by most hose manufacturers in the north, 602 standard adopted in the south and SAE standard adopted abroad, the specific dimensions and materials of hoses and joints of different manufacturers may be different, so the ones in the parameter table are withheld. Matters needing attention and maintenance matters of the pipe buckle machine: 1. When fastening, put the joint in the center of the mold as much as possible, and don't press on the hexagon nut.

2. Prevent tools and other foreign objects from entering the pipe pressure head.

3. After each work is completed, eight die holders must be opened to the maximum extent, so that the spring is kept open and the oil cylinder is also in a pressure relief state, so as to prolong the life of the oil seal.

Maintenance of pipe buckle machine: 1. When the hydraulic oil in the tank exceeds the time limit specified by the hydraulic oil manufacturer, it should be replaced or the oil level gauge should be visually observed. If the hydraulic oil turns black by oxidation, it must be replaced.

2. Always inject anti-wear lubricating oil into the moving surface of the die holder.

3. During the non-working hours of the pipe press, please cover the dust cover to prevent sundries from falling into the die holder.
