Henan Province, the basic standards for the establishment of medical institutions

The basic standards for the establishment of medical institutions are as follows: (1) there is an approval letter for the establishment of medical institutions; (2) in line with the basic standards for medical institutions; (3) there is a suitable name, organization and premises; (4) there are funds, facilities, equipment and professional health and technical personnel appropriate to the business they carry out; (5) there are corresponding rules and regulations; and (6) able to independently assume civil liability.

Article 16 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions applies for the registration of a medical institution to practice medicine, and shall have the following conditions: (1) have a certificate of approval for the establishment of a medical institution; (2) comply with the basic standards for medical institutions; (3) have a suitable name, organization and premises; (4) have funds, facilities, equipment and professional and technical personnel of health care, appropriate for its business; (5) have appropriate rules and regulations; and (6) be able to assume independent civil liability. (E) have the appropriate rules and regulations; (F) can independently assume civil liability.
