Replacement process:

(2) Detection: the customer carries the old terminal with the terminal replacement order to Minjie Telecom in the 419th room of the Tianyi Building in the Renmin Road East or to the manufacturer's office in the business hall of Wuling Square. (3) Confirmation: the salesperson will verify the time the customer borrowed the equipment, and if the verification is less than 12 months, the customer will be given a confirmation of the replacement in the replacement order;
(4) Replacement: The customer will bring the old terminal to Minjie Telecom or the manufacturer in Wuling Square at Room 419, Tianyi Building, East Renmin Road.
