As one of the youngest employees in the company, I am responsible for the annual sales meeting of more than 400 people in the company. As the general manager of the project, everything has to be arranged properly, from transportation, accommodation, meetings, group building to dinner, coordinating with the sales department, finance department and factory department internally, and docking with hotels and activity companies externally. I have been working overtime for more than two months. Many times, I am the only one fighting in an empty office. Because it is the first time to do large-scale activities, I am under great pressure, highly nervous and often suffer from insomnia. However, when the activity ended successfully, it was still very happy to see that everyone enjoyed the whole activity. Looking back now, I still feel very fulfilled, and I feel that there is nothing that can't be solved at work. Of course, we should try our best to improve work efficiency and work less overtime!
