How to properly use and maintain the field sampling equipment?
Equipment use The main equipment needs to be prepared operating procedures (i.e., operating instructions), clear custodian. Before the use of equipment, should check the status of equipment, calibration or verification. The use of valuable precision large-scale instruments, must be trained and qualified to obtain the instrument operation license before operation. The use of environmental conditions should meet the requirements of the instructions for the use of testing equipment, must make good use of records. On-site equipment should be used to arrive at the scene of the equipment performance status and calibration status checks and records. Equipment maintenance The user must do a good job of equipment cleaning, cleaning, status checks and other routine maintenance work. When the equipment malfunctions or display results are suspicious or the calibration proves that it is defective, it should be stopped immediately and put on a stop label, stored in a prescribed place, and the relevant section is responsible for contacting the maintenance, and the repaired instrument needs to be calibrated or self-calibrated before resuming the use, and the repair situation should be recorded. When the instrument malfunctions or the calibration confirms a defect, it shall be checked whether this defect has caused any influence on the testing carried out in the past, and if it has caused any influence it shall be notified to the affected customers immediately for correction. Equipment calibration and calibration Where the accuracy or validity of the calibration or testing of the newly purchased sampling or testing equipment, before being put into use must be qualified by the calibration or self-calibration. If it fails calibration or self-calibration, it shall not be used. When it is necessary to utilize the period verification to maintain the credibility of the calibration status of the equipment, it should be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
