1. Domestic waste processing is a profitable industry

②Domestic garbage feeds many people
What remains after sifting the soil is called coarse material. Dozens of scavengers make a living by picking up metal, shoes with rubber or plastic soles, plastic films, etc. from household garbage. There are even poor people who pick up food to satisfy their hunger.
The waste plastic left behind is very light food bags or chemical fiber fabrics that are also flammable. About 3 kilograms of garbage can be extracted from each cubic meter, and it is mixed with a large amount of soil and rubble in the coarse materials. The author once hired scavengers to sort out filament film waste plastics that can be used for oil refining and package them into bags. The total cost per ton was 500 yuan. Because the surface of the plastic is heavily contaminated and the soil inside accounts for half the weight, there is actually only half a ton of plastic. If you use advanced methods to refine oil, you can produce 400 kilograms of high-quality diesel, and you can earn 2,500 yuan after excluding the cost of refining.
2. Small thermal power is not suitable for processing domestic waste
①How much coal does a small thermal power burn in a year?
A 50,000-kilowatt small thermal power generates 438 million kilowatt-hours of electricity every year. . This is equivalent to 376.7 billion calories. Assuming that the total efficiency, including boiler thermal efficiency, turbine energy conversion efficiency, boost output power conversion efficiency, etc., is 18%, then 420,000 tons of coal with a calorific value of 5,000 are required.
②How much coal can be replaced by waste plastic?
Old domestic garbage is almost all soil, with some humus in it; it has some value as fertilizer, but the calorific value is too low when used as fuel. It's all soil, mixed with too little coal and it won't ignite. When ignited, it will generate far less heat than it will absorb. Moreover, after burning, it becomes dead soil and cannot be used as fertilizer. The person upstairs seems to have taken the garbage and burned it directly. It’s hard to imagine. Is he so trustworthy? Only the polymer waste in it can be burned!
Assuming that there is a mountain of 1 million cubic meters of aged domestic waste in the small thermal power construction site, there will be a total of 3,000 tons of polymer waste that can be used as fuel. Assuming that the small thermal power plant promises to dispose of the domestic waste mountain in ten years (actually it will never go away), then it will use 300 tons per year. Half of the 300 tons is surface contaminated soil, and 150 tons of pure plastic. Plastic products have poor combustion performance when used as fuel. 150 tons of pure plastic can only replace 75 tons of coal, accounting for 0.8% of the annual fuel demand for small thermal power plants.
Build thermal power plants in plains far away from coal mines, allowing 9998/10,000 coal to be transported over long distances. And using 150,000 yuan to buy 300 tons of waste plastics to replace 75 tons of coal worth less than 75,000 yuan. Is this because I am full or is my brain flooded?
③Small thermal power generation aggravates the domestic waste problem
It is impossible to come up with 0.8% of fuel. Therefore, small thermal power plants are not here to dispose of domestic waste, and the proponents of inviting small thermal power plants are not here to dispose of domestic waste.
Originally there is a simple and practical method, the processing time is short, and all can be evacuated after the processing is completed. With the arrival of small thermal power, the day when the treatment will be completed becomes far away; even if the treatment is completed, the stall will not be easily demolished. Before starting to process the garbage, we first occupied a hundred acres of fertile land to build a factory. Doesn’t this aggravate the problem of domestic waste occupying land?
3. The correct way to deal with domestic waste
Sifting soil makes money, and refining oil also makes money. The remaining rubble belongs to construction waste and should be handed over to relevant departments. The mountains of old domestic garbage can all disappear, and all the land can be returned to the people.
The author once visited and suggested that by investing 4 million (probably less than one-tenth of a small thermal power plant), one million cubic meters of domestic waste can be processed in three years. The equipment is easy to move, and all the garbage can be returned to 300 acres under the garbage mountain. The land is given to the municipal government to ensure that its production process is environmentally friendly. The state does not pay a penny of the 47 million yuan subsidy for domestic waste disposal. It also gives up the right to tax exemption for waste processing and pays taxes in accordance with corporate regulations.
But he was rejected because he wanted to generate electricity.
4. Two tricks to cure the disease
The various tricks in domestic waste disposal can be summed up in one sentence: internal and external collusion to obtain the "government subsidy for domestic waste disposal" Treasury. There is news that the subsidy is 47 yuan per cubic meter, so every million cubic meters will take away 47 million from the national treasury.
It is an indisputable fact that the disposal of domestic waste is a profitable industry, and the environmental sanitation department makes money from selling domestic waste. This subsidy should have been abolished long ago. That's all the people's hard-earned money. The people's hard-earned money should be spent in the right place. What does China need to rely on to take back the Diaoyu Islands? It depends on national strength. They collude internally and externally to obtain subsidies. They only love themselves and are not patriotic. Only by canceling this subsidy can their disease be cured. This subsidy must be cancelled.
Since power plants are not needed to process domestic waste, all financial subsidies, priority grid access, "green energy" and other fodder given to small thermal power plants in the name of processing domestic waste should be cancelled. The rest is to manage small thermal power plants in accordance with the regulations.
