One: the source of the dissertation research and the Significance
Wang Guozhen, a famous poet who became popular only in the early 1990s, is familiar to young people, especially college and high school students, and Wang's poems have a large number of loyal readers. Wang Guochen's poetry not only has the life of young people and that kind of understanding and clear way of expression, but also has a kind of transcendent, open-minded, easy and peaceful attitude towards life, which comes from the poet Wang Guochen's secondary creation of that kind of open-minded, easy and unrestrained philosophy of life in traditional Chinese poetry since the Song and Yuan dynasties. This kind of human attitude of poet Wang Guozhen is called "Wang Guozhen's human attitude" by today's society. Undoubtedly, it can inspire generation after generation, and enable the majority of young people to get great enlightenment and solid ideal confidence in the complex life.
This thesis, through the research and exploration of the artistic characteristics of Wang Guozhen's poetry, aims to provide some superficial theories of value for the majority of literary researchers, so that more people can widely recognize and agree with this famous and outstanding lyric poet of the last century and the characteristics of his poetry, and make clear the status of Wang's poetry in the poetic world, so as to expect that there will be more readers and literary enthusiasts who can add their attention to Wang Guozhen and his poems. The author's work is a great example of how to make a difference.
The current status of research at home and abroad
Wang Guozhen, as a contemporary lyric poet, is completely different from Wen Yiduo, Xu Zhimo, Gu Cheng, Shu Ting and other early leaders in the Chinese poetry world, as Wang Guozhen's poetry is relatively late in the stage of creation, and he became famous only in his late teens. It is worth noting that in his poetry there is not a trace of political coloring, using ordinary language to express ordinary people, events, and things, simple but profound, in a sense, his style of poetry is rare, so his poetry has a wide and far-reaching influence on the majority of readers. Nevertheless, there are only a few researches on his poetry in the Chinese literary circles nowadays, and there is a lack of extensive and powerful academic researches and explorations, and there is still no shadow of his glory in this wide and commendable literary land abroad. Of course, this status quo is especially due to a number of reasons, one is that the influence of Wang's poetry is almost only limited to the young people at this level, the content of the poem is easy to understand, do not need to be in-depth flavor, so there is no need to conduct an authoritative academic analysis on the creation of the second is that in the literary world nowadays, the status of this form of literature, poetry, is in the doldrums of the literary stage, the development of which is subjected to constraints from all sides. Therefore, I feel that the study of Wang Guozhen's poetry should be strengthened.
Third, the thesis research objectives
The thesis research objectives are: to explore the characteristics of Wang Guozhen's poetry, highlighting the artistic charm of Wang's poems, and then promote the value and status of poetry in China's literary history, so that the community agrees with the point of view that "poetry comes from life, but reflects life at a deeper level".
Fourth, the content of the dissertation
Wang Guozhen is a famous middle-aged poet, calligrapher and painter who has become famous in the literary world since the 1990s. Wang's poems are able to discover greatness from ordinary things and eternity from ordinary feelings, with a high theme and profound meaning, showing the poet's unique charisma and literary skills. This paper focuses on the following aspects:
1, Wang Guozhen's background;
2, Wang Guozhen's peak period of creation;

Subject: "The Influence of Different Environments on the Rate of HP Infection"
(I) Presentation of the Problem
Influenced by my father who is a doctor, I harbor a strong interest in medicine. Recently, I learned from some books that Hp is the causative factor of gastritis, gastric ulcer, and even gastric cancer. By reviewing the information, I learned more about HP.
1.Background
A spiral-shaped microorganism was found to exist in the stomach as early as a century ago, and was not emphasized due to the long-term failure to isolate it. It was not until 19xx that Australian scholars discovered Campylobacter from human gastric biopsy specimens, and the name evolved several times, naming it Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in 19xx, which was translated as Helicobacter pylori in 19xx domestically. Since Hp was isolated, scholars from various countries have conducted a lot of research on it. It has been confirmed that chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, functional dyspepsia is related to this, and some studies have confirmed that gastric cancer also has a certain relationship with Hp. Therefore, countries spend a lot of manpower and material resources on the examination and treatment of HP. 19xx Hp was identified as an oral carcinogen by the WTO International Agency for Research on Cancer. As a result, I thought about whether it is possible to find out an effective preventive measure to prevent the infection of Hp. It was transformed into the current topic? The effect of different environments on the rate of Hp infection.
2. Value
There is information that Hp is transmitted through mouth-to-mouth or fecal-to-mouth route. Our country has a large population and relatively dense population in living and working environments, which provides certain conditions for Hp infection. However, little research has been done on whether there is a difference in the rate of Hp infection among people working under different conditions, such as those with better working and living conditions and those with poorer working and living conditions. If the working and living environment does affect the infection rate of Hp, then it will provide some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Hp.
3. Research on Similar Subjects
There is very little research on the rate of Hp infection at different economic levels, work environments, and living environments. The differences in Hp infection rates between different economic levels and the same occupation (clinicians and non-clinicians) have been investigated, and these provide reference materials for my study.
4. Feasibility of the study
(1) Scientific. Strict selection of study subjects, precise instrumentation (using 13C-UBT breath test), advanced testing methods, and comparable study groups.
(2) Effectiveness. Some data show that the infection rate of Hp in developing countries is higher than that in developed countries, especially in children, the infection rate of Hp increases sharply with age. Our country is among the developing countries and is a highly infected country, so it is more important to study the prevention of Hp infection.
(3) Innovative. At present, we have not found anyone has conducted a comparison of the rate of Hp infection in different working and living environments, and my project can provide certain reference materials for the research in this field.
(II) Subjective and objective conditions of the research
1. Membership specialties
I have a strong interest in medicine and biology and have a good understanding of them. I am rigorous in my work, and after appropriate training I am competent in the operation of precision laboratory instruments and the statistical processing of experimental data. I have the ability to think logically and analyze the experimental data.
2. Information and equipment
The experiment was conducted in 301 Hospital, where the Gastroenterology Research Laboratory has a high-precision Gas Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (GIRMS), and the Laboratory has accumulated experience in this work with thousands of cases.
3. Mentor
Cai Changhao, deputy chief physician and associate professor at 301 Hospital.
(C) research program
Research object and research method: from the patients who came to the hospital for Hp examination, excluding the patients who were examined by the doctor's construction, to fill out a questionnaire to register the nature of the patient's work, family life environment, social life environment, etc., divided into two groups, each group of 30 people. One group is a high economic level, superior working and living environment (mainly complex mental laborers); the other group is a low economic level, working and living environment is relatively poor (mainly simple manual laborers).
1. The effect of different working environments on the rate of Hp infection
(1) Age: years.
(2) Education: below high school or above college.
(3)Work unit: company or marketing.
(4)Economic income:below 20xx dollars, 20xx~5000 dollars or 5000)dollars or above.
(5)Nature of work: mental labor or physical labor.
(6) Daily flow of people in the work area: more or less.
(7) Office conditions; office or market.
(8)Home environment: apartment, dormitory silo connection or bungalow.
(9)Transportation: private car, public **** transportation or bicycle.
(10) Medical conditions: publicly-funded designated hospitals or self-selected hospitals.
(11)Conditions for seeing a doctor: symptomatic, regular health checkups.
(12)Regarding one's own health: importance or indifference.
2. Criteria for the inclusion of the study subjects
(1)Age 20-35 years old.
(2) Not taking antibiotics in the last two weeks.
(3) No acid-making drugs in the last two weeks.
(4) No history of gastric surgery.
(5) No history of mental disorders and able to cooperate in completing the investigation.
3. Research methods
(1) After determining the enrolled subjects, the study information form was filled out.
(2) Come to the hospital for Helicobacter pylori testing as required.
(3)Test method: 13C urease breath test (13C-UBT) method.
(4) Steps: Fasting on the day of the test, taking a standardized test meal orally in the examination room, and taking a specimen according to uniform standards.
(5) Basic principle: In general, there is little bacterial reproduction in the stomach, there is no urease activity, and that is rich in urease, which can decompose endogenous and exogenous urea into NH3 and CO2, the latter in the mucosa of the upper part of the small intestine is absorbed into the blood circulation, and finally exhaled from the lungs, so a certain dose of isotope-labeled urea is orally, and the application of a specific instrument with a high sensitivity to detect the 13C labeling of 13C in the exhaled gas. 13C-labeled CO2 in the gas can determine whether there is Hp infection in the stomach. 13C-UBT is a stable isotope, no radiation effect, harmless to the human body. 13C-UBT on the detection of Hp sensitivity and specificity of 90%-100%, in the routine clinical examination of Hp UBT is better than the histological examination.
4. Test plan
(1) Screening of study subjects, 13C urease breath test detection for 2-3 months.
(2) The experimental results were organized and analyzed for l to 2 months.
(3) Writing the paper for 2 months.
5. Statistical processing
All the test results will be analyzed and processed statistically.
(IV) Expected results
(1) There may be differences in the rate of Hp infection between the two groups, and the analysis can summarize the influence of the environment on the rate of HP infection, so as to put forward the corresponding prevention and control opinions.
(2) Completion of one thesis report.
(5) References
