D. Regulations on the transportation of baggage with declared value.

If the carrier has objections to the declared value and the passenger refuses to accept inspection, the carrier has the right to refuse to accept the baggage.

5) Unchecked baggage and small animals are not subject to baggage value declaration.

6) The chargeable weight of baggage with declared value is kilograms. If the weight is less than kilograms, the weight should be rounded up. However, the actual weight should be kept to one decimal place.

7) Unless there is a special agreement with another carrier, baggage value declaration can generally only be made on flights of the same carrier.

8) The weight of baggage with a declared value is not included in the free baggage allowance and will be charged separately.

9) Calculation formula for baggage declared value surcharge: Declared value surcharge = (declared value of baggage - maximum compensation per kilogram x weight of baggage with declared value) X 5.

E. Special baggage transportation. If the luggage items carried by passengers exceed the definition of luggage, under normal circumstances, the carrier can refuse to transport them. However, some special baggage items can be transported as baggage with the consent of the carrier and after taking appropriate measures or subject to certain conditions as required by the carrier. b. Rounding

If the measurement unit is centimeters, round up according to the principle of rounding

c. Conversion standard

6000 cubic centimeters = 1KG

d. The volumetric weight is rounded up according to the actual weight rounding method:

For example: 318.15kgs = 318.5kgs

757.37kgs = 757.5kgs

e. If a passenger carries multiple pieces of lightweight luggage, the volume of all the luggage should be calculated and then converted into volumetric weight

(3) Counter operation

In case of a passenger carrying lightweight luggage, the volume must be calculated first The actual volume of the baggage is determined, and then the weight of the baggage is calculated according to the above volumetric weight calculation method, and finally the baggage is accepted and transported according to the general regulations for checked baggage.

5) Transportation of dangerous goods.

(1) Definition: Dangerous goods refer to items or substances that may cause harm to passengers’ lives and property during air transportation, and can be divided into the following categories:
