Anyone who temporarily occupies roads or other public places to pile goods or set up stalls for business operations must keep the surrounding city environment clean and tidy. Those who cause road pollution shall be cleared by the person responsible.
Operators indoors on both sides of the street and around the square are not allowed to engage in business activities beyond the doors, windows and exterior walls.
It is prohibited to operate on the main streets of the city. Both sides are engaged in commercial vehicle cleaning activities. "3. Article 29 is revised to read: "Garbage shall be placed, collected, transported, and processed in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Domestic garbage shall be collected by the place where the garbage is generated. Units or individuals shall dump at the location designated by the urban management administrative department;
(2) Residents in residential areas that have implemented classified placement and collection of domestic waste should classify and put in domestic waste in accordance with regulations;
(3) Units that dispose of construction waste shall apply to the city, county (city) urban management administrative department, and obtain approval from the city, county (city) city management administrative department before disposing. The department shall make a decision on whether to approve the application within 20 days. If it approves the application, it shall issue an approval document; if it does not approve the application, it shall notify the applicant and explain the reasons.
(4) The unit and the applicant. Food waste generated by catering operators shall be collected and disposed of separately or entrusted to relevant units for collection and disposal, and shall not be discharged into sewers;
(5) Food waste generated by medical units, biological product production units, slaughterhouses, etc. Special garbage containing viruses, germs and other toxic and harmful substances must be collected and transported separately in accordance with relevant regulations, and treated in a centralized manner, and must not be mixed with domestic garbage.
Garbage must be transported in a closed manner. Methods and transportation shall be carried out according to the prescribed time. The vehicles shall be cleaned every day, the floor shall be clean, and the containers shall be clean. ”
This decision shall be effective from the date of approval by the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People’s Congress.
The "Yinchuan City City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations" will be revised accordingly and re-announced based on this decision.
