Check the water, circuit is correct before starting. The boot sequence is:
1, turn on the incoming power, open the key switch. At this time the machine pumping and refrigeration system is energized, the ammeter shows a value of about 7A.
2, wait 5 to 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the external control panel, the ammeter shows the value of zero, 3 to 5 seconds later, the krypton lamp is lit, the ammeter shows the value of 7A.
3, turn on the vibrating mirror power.
4, open the computer, call up the required marking file.
5, adjust the laser power to the working current (10 ~ 18A), you can start marking.
After the marking is finished, turn off the power of each component in the above order:
1, adjust the laser power supply working current to the minimum (about 7A).
2. Turn off the computer.
3, turn off the oscillator power supply.
4, press the stop button.
5. Turn off the key switch.
6, Disconnect the incoming power supply.
Two, laser marking machine use precautions
1, laser marking machine should be used as far as possible in a dust-free, 10 ℃ -35 ℃ environment, keep the optics dry, dust-free. Usually need to ensure a separate closed workspace, to ensure that the room constant temperature, the floor should have floor paint or tile, install air conditioning.
2, is strictly prohibited without water or water circulation is not normal to start the laser power supply and Q power supply.
3, do not allow the Q power supply no-load work (i.e., Q power output suspended).
4, abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the vibration mirror switch and key switch, and then check.
5, do not allow the krypton lamp before the ignition of other components, in order to prevent high-voltage into the damage to the components.
6, pay attention to the laser power supply output (anode) overhang, in order to prevent and other electrical appliances fire, breakdown.
7, the cooling water in the circulating water tank is best to use deionized water, if no deionized water, can be replaced by distilled water. Circulating cooling water should be replaced in a timely manner after a period of time (it is recommended that at least two weeks to change the water), so as not to affect the efficiency of the laser.
