The first stop of wire harness production is the wire opening process. The accuracy of wire opening process is directly related to the whole production progress. The second station after wire opening is the crimping process. Determine the crimping parameters according to the terminal type required by the drawing, and formulate the crimping operation instruction. If there are special requirements, they should be indicated in the process documents and the operators should be trained.

Then there is the pre-assembly process. First, the operating instructions of the pre-assembly process should be compiled. In order to improve the efficiency of final assembly, it is necessary to set up pre-assembly stations for complex wire harnesses. If the preassembled parts are assembled less or the conductor paths are unreasonable, it will increase the workload of the general assembler.

The last step is the final assembly process. According to the assembly bedplate designed by the product development department, the specifications and sizes of tooling equipment and material boxes are designed, and the numbers of all assembly sheaths and accessories are attached to the material boxes to improve the assembly efficiency.
