What are the regulations of the movable property mortgage registration requirements

Article 189 of the Property Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that if an enterprise, an individual industrial or commercial enterprise, or an agricultural producer mortgages a movable property as stipulated in Article 181 of the Law, the mortgage shall be registered with the industrial and commercial administrative department of the mortgagor's domicile.

Article 2 of the "Measures for Registration of Movable Property Mortgages" of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce stipulates that enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, and agricultural operators shall register with the county-level administration for industry and commerce department of the mortgagor's domicile for the mortgages of their existing production equipment, raw materials, semi-finished products, and products that they will have.
