A few days ago, because two of our colleagues in China developed fever symptoms, the company sent them to Apollo Hospital in Chennai, which is a private hospital and is said to be the best hospital in Tamil, with a five-star standard. The other one is in Nellore, with poor facilities, which are about 3-4 stars. Because it is a private hospital, the fees are very expensive, and all the people who can go here to see a doctor are rich people in India or employees of foreign companies in India, so the conditions should be relatively better, right? It is conceivable that the conditions of public hospitals in India will be like. I have been to the hospital in this town before, which is close to the conditions of a small clinic.
Yesterday, the company sent two colleagues with suspected cases to Apollo Hospital for testing, and the results of nucleic acid testing have not yet come out. The doctor said that we didn't have any drugs for treatment now, so he prescribed some tablets to reduce fever and sterilize them, and then went back to the company to wait for the results and observe the condition. This is completely different from China's practice. In China, if a suspected case appears in one area, the whole area will be isolated immediately, and then the suspected patient will be sent to a separate hospital for isolation treatment and observation to prevent secondary infection. But in India, even if you are a suspected case, you just need to have a check-up, take some cold medicine and then you can go home. I believe this is also a sign that India's medical conditions are backward and can't afford the current treatment.
If infected, what the company can do now is to send us to the best hospital. As for whether you can treat it or not, it depends on your body's resistance and resilience. This is everyone's own life!
Continue to wait for the test results of colleagues. At this time, it seems that the gods everywhere are useless. God will only bless those who are physically resistant and can only save themselves.
