2. Scope of application

This method is applicable to the emergency preparation and response of HSE accidents (incidents) and dangerous situations within the jurisdiction of the company and activities with management authority. Including but not limited to the following descriptions: (workshops and equipment manufacturing places of all units of the company; Office building; Construction site, warehouses of all units, and on-site operation areas; The area under the jurisdiction of the project team independently established by the company; Temporary building or office space leased by the company; Self-rescue activities in the event of major accidents or dangerous situations that endanger the safety of the company in surrounding units. All departments and contractors within the jurisdiction of the company shall abide by the general principles of the company's emergency rescue plan, and in case of emergency, they must carry out emergency rescue activities in accordance with the unified requirements of the company's emergency plan; If this method conflicts with the laws and regulations of the superior, Party A or the country, it shall be deemed that the emergency plan of the company is automatically revised and meets its requirements, and other regulations shall be implemented as required.

7.5 After the accident is controlled, the emergency commander-in-chief should guide the field personnel to completely eliminate the residual factors to prevent the recurrence of secondary accidents. If the accident develops out of control, the emergency commander should immediately order emergency evacuation, and all personnel should be evacuated to the emergency assembly point along the safe passage. The person in charge of each unit shall count the number of evacuees and report to the commander-in-chief to ensure the safe evacuation of all personnel.

7.6 The emergency state can only be lifted after the emergency commander gives an order.
