1. Closed management of villages and residential areas. In principle, each village or residential area only has one entrance and exit for people and vehicles, and gate checkpoints are set up for body temperature measurement and registration. During the closed management period, if an emergency occurs, it is necessary to ensure that people can be evacuated in time and the roads are smooth. Residents are strictly restricted from going out. Staff who are really needed for epidemic prevention and control and urban and rural public services must provide certificates from their units before they can enter villages and residential communities. Outsiders and vehicles are not allowed to enter the communities.
2. The business premises are completely closed. Except for epidemic prevention needs and people's livelihood protection, non-essential places are temporarily closed. Supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, and medical institutions that are closely related to residents' lives are open as normal, but measures such as ventilation and disinfection, code scanning and temperature measurement, reservations, peak staggering, and flow restrictions must be strictly implemented.
