The basic knowledge and skills training of on-site rescue mainly includes:

(a) cardiopulmonary resuscitation such as identification of respiratory arrest, chest compressions and artificial respiration;

(b) the use of automatic external defibrillator and other first aid equipments;

(c) the release of obstruction of foreign body in airway;

(d) Hemostasis and bandaging of wounds, immobilization of fractures;

(v) Carrying and escorting patients;

(vi) Recognition, treatment and protection against poisoning;

(vii) Other related knowledge and skills.
