(2) Large-scale equipment must have "two certificates and one report" when entering the factory, that is, production license, product certificate and factory inspection report;
(3) The project manager department shall cooperate with the purchasing department to do a good job of on-site acceptance of the physical objects and handle the acceptance handover form in time (see attached table-001);
(4) The installation and disassembly of large-scale equipment must be carried out by a professional installation team with corresponding qualifications, and the enterprise and the branch company shall organize the project management department to jointly carry out the inspection and acceptance, and report to the local government supervision department for inspection before putting it into use.
