Legal analysis: the doctor in the hospital will issue the certificate of outpatient transfer, and then go to the relevant department of the hospital for review and seal, and the handling personnel will swipe their cards to register. When the insured person goes to the hospital for medical treatment for the first time, he/she shall go through the formalities of changing his/her major with his/her social security card (or medical insurance card) and the certificate of changing his/her major in the outpatient department, and be transferred to the hospital to keep his/her certificate of changing his/her major in the outpatient department. Outpatient transfer certificate is valid for 3 months. If it is necessary to continue to be transferred after more than 3 months, the insured should go to the community health service center (or a first-class medical institution) to go through the transfer procedures again.
Legal basis: Article 30 of the Hospital Work System: Patients who cannot be diagnosed and treated due to technical and equipment limitations may be discussed by the department or proposed by the department director. After the medical department reports to the president or the vice president in charge of business for approval, it can contact the transfer hospital in advance, and can be transferred only after obtaining the consent.
