How to use:
1.Firstly, check whether the moving parts are in their original position;
2.The oil level of the vacuum pump must be located in the position of the center line of the sight glass, when it is insufficient, it is necessary to add the vacuum oil;
3.Use the oil atomizer for refueling, and add the appropriate amount of lubricant for the moving parts, such as the guide column cylinder shaft;
4.Check the Compressor oil plane, if not enough need to refill, open the circulating water switch;
5. Press the three-phase power supply, check the running direction of the vacuum pump or compressor, make sure it is correct before you can start formally;
6. Press the main power button, and then turn on the electric heating switch for preheating;
7. Adjust the heating time for each product, the cooling time, the vacuum time, the Vacuum delay, molding time, demolding time, delayed blowing, core extraction and secondary molding time;
8. Press into the compression power supply, adjust the pressure to about 0.6-0.8Mpa, and then check whether the parts move normally;
9. Place each part in the original position, screw the switch to automatic, and then run for 3 minutes to check whether the program is running normally;
10. After the vacuum pump is started, it will automatically run in the machine, after the lower cylinder rises, you will hear the vacuum sucking sound or the vacuum pointer to back, which means the vacuum system is normal;
11. Confirm that the components are normal, then you can put the material and carry out the normal production;
12. Turn the switch to manual, and then manually debug each action to see if it's normal;
13. For the automatic operation, all the switches to be used will be twisted to automatic, after heating, return the electric furnace to the empty position, then press the automatic start, the machine will automatically complete the upper mold, lower mold, vacuum, cold air and demolding.
