What should be paid attention to when selecting liquid level sensor, air pressure sensor and differential pressure sensor?

DPS(DifferentialPressureSensor (DPS) is a kind of sensor used to measure the difference between two pressures, which is usually used to measure the pressure difference between the front and rear ends of a certain equipment or component. The working principle of the differential pressure sensor is that the measured pressure directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce micro-displacement proportional to the water pressure, changing the capacitance value of the sensor, detecting this change with electronic circuit, and converting and outputting the standard measurement signal corresponding to the pressure. 1) It is suggested that the pressure sensor and its three-way valve should be placed at the level of axillary midline. The three-way valve is used for ventilation and sensor zero adjustment. 2) Confirm that the protective cap on the three-way valve has been perforated, connect the sensor with the monitor, and zero the sensor under atmospheric conditions according to the instructions of the monitor. 3) After the monitor is zeroed, close the communication port between the three-way valve and the air, and cover the non-porous protective cap. 4) Use square wave to detect the dynamic response of the system. The dynamic response test should be carried out after a series of operations, such as flushing the pipeline, discharging bubbles, connecting with the patient and zeroing and calibrating. Note: the system needs about one minute to balance, and then use the amount of dripping to check whether the flushing valve is good or not, and visually check whether there is any leakage. Check regularly after 30 minutes of installation to ensure that the infusion bag has normal pressure, normal flow and no leakage. Any tiny leak may cause the monitor to read incorrectly.
