Does the packing list of medical devices need to be stamped?

The following are the requirements of UCP600 for documents:

Seventeenth original documents and copies.

At least one original of each document stipulated in the letter of credit must be submitted.

B the bank shall regard any document with an original signature, mark, seal or label similar to that of the drawer as an original document, unless the document itself indicates that it is not an original document.

C unless otherwise stipulated in the document itself, the bank shall also regard it as an original document under the following circumstances:

I the document seems to be written, printed, punched or stamped by the drawer; or

Two. The document seems to have been issued on the issuer's original letterhead; or

Three. The document declares that it is the original document, unless it seems that this declaration does not apply to the submitted document.

D. If the letter of credit requires multiple documents to be submitted by using the clauses of "in duplicate", "in duplicate" and "in duplicate", at least one original shall be submitted, and the other copies meet the requirements, unless the documents themselves provide otherwise.

According to D's instructions, there can be one pair or two pairs.
