1. Security filter and cartridge

3. Low-pressure switch

4. High-pressure pump

9. Flushing solenoid valve

The main function of the flushing solenoid valve is to open at regular intervals, so that the concentrated water flow through, reduce the pressure of the membrane tube, increase the flow rate in the membrane tube to achieve the purpose of rinsing the surface of the membrane, which is an important part of the RO machine.

Flushing solenoid valve specifications for 1/2 inch inlet and outlet, the working pressure of 0-30kg/cm2. solenoid valve flushing time interval is generally set to 5-8 hours, flushing time is set to 2-5 minutes. 10. Pure water flowmeter and concentrated water flowmeter

The flowmeter is designed to measure the flow of pure water and concentrated water in GPM (gallons per minute) or LPM (liters per minute). Through these two flow meters, you can clearly grasp the equipment at the time of pure water flow and concentrated water flow, you can visually watch the pure water and concentrated water ratio, in order to facilitate the required ratio and production to adjust the system conditions.

11. Post-filter pressure gauge (0-150psi)

Post-filter pressure gauge of the security filter mainly shows the pressure of raw water before it enters the high-pressure pump. This table and the raw water supply system pressure gauge (user-provided) with observation, you can determine whether the security cartridge failure.

12. Membrane before and after the membrane (thick water) pressure gauge (0-400psi)
