Shenzhen ONGWEI's online FID Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer - SmartFID ST

SmartFID ST is a 19",4RU rack mounted online analyzer for analyzing and measuring organic carbon (VOCs). It consists of a flame ionization detector that converts the hydrocarbon concentration in the measured gas into an electrical signal. By combusting hydrogen and VOC-free air in an electric field environment in a burner, the hydrocarbons in the sample gas at high temperatures are chemically ionized to CHO+ ions of the CH structure. This ion stream is detected to obtain the corresponding VOC concentration value. The measured values are displayed in ppm or mgC on a large LCD display without secondary conversion. The measured gas is sampled by a built-in diaphragm pump mounted on a heated measuring sensor. Part of the gas enters the FID detector for analysis and measurement, while the other part is discharged via a bypass. The instrument has a pressure controller to control the pressure stabilization of the measuring gas during the analysis. All parts in contact with the measured gas are heated to 200°C. The SmartFID ST can therefore be used in almost all industrial applications without condensation. The instrument is equipped with an automatically controlled flame detector, a measuring gas pump and a pressure controller.
